1. The Localline Directory service is provided by Localline.
2. The Localline Directory service is subject to these Terms and Conditions as well
as those outlined in the Disclaimer and Localline Privacy Policy. In the event
of any inconsistency the terms in the Disclaimer or the Privacy Policy will
apply.
3. Localline may remove your advert or account without notice and without refund if you do
not adhere to these terms.
4. All listings on Localline are subject to a 12 month renewal plan, which means that every 12
months you will receive correspondence asking if you wish to continue with the
service.
5. Unless
otherwise stated, your listing may be subject to a listing fee. If this is the
case a Localline representative will be in contact with you to discuss payment
options.
6. Localline
will require you to provide your ABN. Your ABN will be used to verify that you
are a registered business. The use of your ABN is outlined in the Privacy
Policy.
7. You grant to
Localline a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free,
world-wide, irrevocable licence to use the information you provide to
Localline solely for the purpose of providing your Localline Directory Listing
(unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy).
8. Localline
may require you to provide evidence that you are authorised to provide the
content you provide as they see fit.
9. All
copyright and intellectual property rights in the Localline Directory service
vest in Localline. You will not reproduce any of Localline's intellectual
property (without express consent).
10. You must
conform to the Acceptable Use Policy:
This Policy may be varied by Localline at any time.
Localline will not accept information or images that contain any of the
following:

Celebrities, Actors, Musicians, Sportspeople, Cartoons or Public figures without acceptable proof of permission to use it.

Provocative or sexual material

Violent or other offensive, obscene or indecent material

Nudity or semi-nudity

Bigotry, racism, hatred, profanity or obscenities

Material that show illegal or anti-social behaviour

Culturally or socially insensitive material

Material that display the opinions or beliefs of political groups, religious groups or socially unacceptable groups (e.g. political images, neo-Nazi images, gangs)

Libellous or defamatory content, or content which is otherwise in violation of any rules, regulations or laws to which the material is subject

Content not acceptable for persons under 18 years old.
11. You agree
that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and that you will only
submit information and images that comply with the aforementioned Acceptable
Use Policy.
12. You warrant
that, as far as you are aware, the information does not contain any computer
viruses.
13. Localline
reserves the right not to accept or use any image you submit, or to refuse to
issue a Localline Directory Listing. Localline will not enter into
correspondence about such decisions.
14. If you are
applying for a new Localline Directory Listing, you should receive a response
within 5 business days once your application is recieved.
15. If approved,
the information that you have submitted for your Localline Directory Listing
will be stored by Localline (and its agents and contractors) for a period of
up to three years. The information may be used by Localline on any subsequent
publications (digital or printed). Localline may store a copy of the
information longer than this for audit purposes.
16. Localline may
obtain information from external sources in an attempt to enhance the service
we provide. You indemnify Localline against any claims arising or loss
suffered by Localline’s use of any information.
17. Localline is
collecting and will use your personal information to enable it to provide you
with the product you have requested. The use of your information is subject to
the Localline Privacy Policy.
18. Localline may
send you correspondence by means of the information you provide, or by third
party information Localline receives from external sources.
19. These Terms
and Conditions may be varied by Localline at any time by giving 14 days notice
of such changes on our website at
www.localline.com.au. You agree that by doing this Localline has provided
you with sufficient notice of the variation.
